DESC - Downtown Ecumenical Services Council

The Downtown Ecumenical Services council, D.E.S.C., established by churches in urban Jacksonville, distributes food, clothing, and financial assistance for those in emergency situations. You can help by making regular contributions of money and / or time and contributions of groceries, clothing, toiletries and by volunteering to answer telephones, to assist in the food pantry and to sort clothes.
